Stream Adds $35M Data Center in Richardson – Demand for Data Center Space Grew by 13% Last Year

“A branch of Stream Realty Partners LPÂ has started construction on a high-powered, $35 million data center in Richardson that will target corporate users looking for robust, secure space for their servers and other equipment.
The 20,000-square-foot Stream Private Data Center, being built at 3300 Essex Drive, which is northeast of Renner and Shiloh roads east of the President George Bush Turnpike, is scheduled to be available for occupancy by August. (cont’d)”
