Jerry Mays

Senior Vice President – Construction and Development

Jerry Mays oversees construction of Stream Data Center’s developments. Mays joined Stream in 2009. During his 32-year career, he has developed and constructed projects totaling approximately 4.0 million square feet. Mays is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Stream Data Centers has a twelve-year track record of providing solutions for corporate data center users including Apple, AT&T, Catholic Health Initiatives, Chevron,  The Home Depot, Nokia and others. During that time, Stream has acquired and developed more than 1.3 million square feet of data center space in Texas, California and Colorado, representing more than 120 megawatts of power.
