Rob Kennedy serves as Co-Managing Partner of Stream Data Centers, overseeing the company’s investment and development platform. Kennedy has more than 12 years of experience in mission-critical real estate. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate.

Stream Data Centers has a twelve-year track record of providing solutions for corporate data center users including Apple, AT&T, Catholic Health Initiatives, Chevron, The Home Depot, Nokia and others. During that time, Stream has acquired and developed more than 1.3 million square feet of data center space in Texas, California and Colorado, representing more than 120 megawatts of power.
