“February 13, 2012

In August 2011, T1R had the opportunity to meet with Stream Data Centers’ leadership team to
discuss the company’s new Richardson II datacenter in Richardson, Texas (a north Dallas
suburb). At that time, the company was just breaking ground for the greenfield development. We
agreed that we would later visit the site and tour the facility. Last week, T1R had the opportunity
to meet with the leadership team again, tour the Richardson II facility and see not only the
progress of the Richardson II datacenter but also discuss the company’s latest datacenter build
in Houston, Texas.”
