The Stream Private Data Center development near Dallas is a single story, 20,000 square foot hardened concrete tilt-wall building containing 10,000 square feet of raised floor data center space. The data center will be built out with a 2N electrical and N+1 mechanical configuration. The raised floor area will deliver 168 watts of critical power per square foot. The data center will be commissioned and operational upon delivery. The building is designed to allow for expansion of the power and cooling infrastructure to deliver 225 watts per square foot of critical load. This operational data center will allow companies to immediately deploy critical data center operations, with the long term ability to expand power density and cooling. The building can be divided into four quadrants or controlled by one single tenant.
The Richardson Private Data Center will have dual feed power from two utility substations, and multiple fiber providers serve the Stream Private Data Center via private fiber vaults which serve two telecommunication rooms.
