Stream chose the site adjacent to Microsoft's recently completed 470,000 square foot data center in Westover Hills Business Park and adjacent to a brand new 300 megawatt substation. This secure, shell building will be delivered with city approval in place all essential data center elements, including generators, cooling towers and fuel storage tanks.
