The Stream Ready-to-Fit Data Center is the ideal facility to meet the mission critical needs of today's large enterprise data center user. The purpose-built, structurally-enhanced shell building features 9" thick walls and a concrete roof system designed to withstand 175 MPH winds, accommodating a Tier III or Tier IV data center infrastructure. All Ready-to-Fit Data Center buildings are delivered with city approval for all essential data center elements in place including the placement of generators, cooling towers, and fuel storage tanks allowing companies to immediately design and build the internal data center infrastructure to their exact specifications. The lengthy process of site due diligence and entitlement/zoning is already complete, allowing the enterprise user to bring their data center online in as little as 6 months as opposed to 18-36 months for a "greenfield" site. The flexible design and single-tenant control allows the user to customize all aspects of the data center operations, including security and operation of the data center infrastructure.

The building and all critical systems can be managed by Stream or by the corporate user.
