Naturally, that means we were ready to dig in deep and cultivate close collaboration to ensure our hyperscale data center in Goodyear, Arizona — the largest development of its kind in The Valley — delivered value and ease to the entire community.
At full build, this 157-acre campus will support up to 280 MW of critical load across more than two million square feet of data center space. With the Phoenix I data center actively serving tenants, each of the six remaining buildings are being developed for separate and unique flexibility to ensure future development options.
