Each January, the Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC) brings together global leaders in digital infrastructure, cloud, telecom and technology to explore what’s next for the industry and shape the year ahead. Held in Honolulu, PTC is widely known as the place where strategy, partnerships and investments for the coming year take shape. For the Stream Team, PTC ’26 was not just another industry gathering, it was a powerful reminder of why connection, collaboration and culture remain essential in a rapidly scaling digital world.
What’s Next for Development
As with past PTC conferences, the Stream Commercial Team led a cross-business group of development leaders to meet with customers, partners and prospects who rely on scalable, secure and operationally exceptional data center solutions. With demand for cloud and hyperscale capacity accelerating, our teams spent the week sharing how Stream’s configurable campus designs, flexible financing opportunities, disciplined delivery models and focus on long‑term operability position customers for sustained growth. Across conversations, one theme stood out: Organizations need more than capacity — they need a partner who can move fast and think years ahead. As hyperscalers try to forecast 4-5 years in advance, they need a partner that can help them work with uncertainty instead of against it — while helping safeguard against risk.

Huge thanks to everyone who spent time with us throughout the week — in meetings, at our Aloha Hour and in the countless hallway conversations that spark what comes next.”
Great Collaboration Begins with Close Team Bonds
PTC also gave our teams an opportunity to live out the values that define Stream. From a team-building hike overlooking the Pacific to participating together in the annual PTC’26 Charity 5K along the shore of Waikiki, the team reinforced the camaraderie and community that fuel our work.
And while we won’t brag (much), let’s just say a number of participants from our team placed high enough in the 5K to prove that our speed extends well beyond delivery timelines. Michael Lahoud, newly appointed CEO of Stream Data Centers, summarized the week best:
