NOVA I & II

In 2019, Stream Data Centers acquired 57 acres of prime real estate in Northern Virginia, the hottest data center market in the world. Over the next year, we planned two 120,000 SF data center buildings, each with 80,000 SF of data hall space. As planned, the campus would support 80+ MW of critical load, with 100 MW of utility power via dual utility feeds. Located near the Dominion Energy substation, there is expansion capacity available as well.

Stream chose this Chantilly site for its prime location just south of Dulles airport. The site is served by multiple fiber providers with a strong mix of local, long-haul and dark fiber providers to the site through multiple routes. Approximately one year after acquiring the site and planning the facility we sold the site to an end user in early 2021.
