Stream’s hyperscale data center campus in Goodyear, AZ, conveniently located in the metro Phoenix area, is emerging as the largest development of its kind in The Valley. At full build, the 157-acre campus will support up to 280 MW of critical load across more than two million square feet of data center space. With the first two buildings actively serving tenants, each of the five remaining buildings are being developed for separate and unique flexibility to ensure future development options.
