Stream Data Centers acquired this state-of-the-art data center in Silicon Valley, California in June of 2005. Vacant at the time, the Tier IV facility had been built by a leading telecommunications provider. We sold the facility in September of 2005 to a Fortune 50 technology company.

Santa Clara VI
Stream Data Centers acquired this property, then a vacant unpowered shell, in January of 2006. It had been built by a local self-storage developer in an attempt to capitalize on rising demand for data center capacity in Silicon Valley. We brought in four electrical feeds from Silicon Valley Power to support 10 MW of critical load then we worked to market the facility to potential buyers. We sold the data center in January of 2007 to a leading retail colocation provider.

Santa Clara I
Stream Data Centers acquired this state-of-the-art data center in Silicon Valley, California in June of 2005. The fully leased Tier IV facility had been built by a leading telecommunications provider.
Santa Clara II
Stream Data Centers acquired this state-of-the-art data center at 3080 Raymond Street in Santa Clara in tandem with the Duane Avenue facility, to create the 14 MW campus in June of 2005. Post-acquisition, Stream executed a long-term lease with a leading retail colocation provider.
We sold the campus in September of 2005 to a Private REIT.
