Excellence in Customer Care: Introducing Mike Licitra

We’re proud to announce a very important new member of our team! Introducing Mike Licitra, Vice President, Solutions Architecture at Stream Data Centers. Mike is an MBA graduate, a soon-to-be professional engineer, and comes to Stream with a wealth of industry experience from a combined ten years at both Citi and Amazon Web Services. We decided to ask him to tell us, in his own words, what his new role will entail and why you stand to benefit in a big way. Here’s what he had to say.

Hello to all our wonderful partners. What exactly is Solutions Architecture, you ask? And what should it mean to you? I like to describe my role around here as being “the magical meeting point between your requirements and our services”. Our team is always working to improve our ability to serve you. Solutions Architecture is really the next step here to help our client service team reach even greater heights by ensuring that they deeply understand your requirements from the big picture perspective all the way down to the technical level.  If you want it, we want to provide it – and my Solutions Architecture team is here to keep our finger on the pulse of your needs to make sure we’re providing the very best for your business.

I, personally, want to make sure we’re taking great care of:

• Your sustainability goals and energy efficiency
• Your data center architecture, like critical power and cooling
• Your holistic technology architecture to provide a cost effective strategy

I hope you can feel my excitement to join the strong team at Stream Data Centers. This is going to be a great opportunity to work with you, our customers, and incorporate your feedback into things like our facility management processes and new design efforts – just two among many areas in which we drive excellence in the industry.
