As AI Requirements Continue to Quickly Ramp, Stream’s Expanded Bench of Talent is Set to Support Rapid Scale
DALLAS, Dec. 16, 2025 — Stream Data Centers, a leader in the design, development and operation of world-class data centers, announces the appointment of two new commercial leasing pros: Stacy Medeiros, Senior Vice President of Hyperscale, and Santiago Suinaga, Senior Vice President of Cloud and Hyperscale.
The addition of these two industry veterans, both bringing decades of expertise to Stream’s commercial team, enriches existing customer relationships while ensuring Stream can simultaneously meet growing demand from new customers and development initiatives.
Medeiros brings a rich background across data centers and real estate, leveraging 14 years of experience at IO Data Centers and Iron Mountain Data Centers. Within these roles, she leased +200MW and $3+ billion across modified gross, build-to-suit and multi-building leases.
Suinaga brings insights from 20+ years in the industry and CEO roles at both KIO Networks Data Centers — where he expanded the platform to achieve a $1.2 billion transaction — and Infrastructure Masons, where he was a founding Climate Accord Member and launched the iMasons Power Accord.
“Stream’s people are our greatest asset and our customers’ greatest insurance, and we’re continuing to furnish our ranks with incredible talent as we look ahead to unprecedented growth,” notes Chris Bair, Partner and Chief Commercial Officer. “When meeting hyperscale requirements at scale and speed, truly understanding the customer is our priority. Our customers trust us because our folks are closely aligned with where the market has been and where it’s going, and they’ve been supporting scale and speed the whole way. Stacy and Santiago aren’t just good at leasing, they’re good people that have been proven great to work with. That reputation is what allows our team to maintain and expand the crucial trust we share with customers.”
