For the company’s data center team, delivering the requisite capacity on time is not optional — no matter that off-the-shelf capacity is practically nonexistent even in major markets and build-to-suit projects are taking over two years on average.

Even in an unprecedented environment with pressure on both the demand and supply sides — over 40 megawatts of dedicated data center capacity is built and commissioned in 16 months, nearly a year faster than market average… with the first 27 megawatts ready in just 13 months.
