In short, Danny Morrison is the nexus of all things hyperscale delivery at Stream — and if his long history of leadership within hyperscale organizations taught him anything, it’s that the best, most cohesive programs are built on clarity, communication and trust.

Responsible for the full lifecycle of developments, from early design through construction and into operational readiness, Danny connects engineering, construction, operations, and IT into a single, integrated view of scope, schedule, budget and risk.

A construction engineer by trade, Danny got his start with a general contractor and an MEP firm before spending 14+ years at Google, where he led data center delivery across the western U.S., contributing to more than a GW of new capacity, and helped build and lead the company’s prefabricated/modular construction program.

For Danny, program success comes down to pushing visibility and decision-making out to the people closest to the work, keeping communication honest even when the news is hard and letting transparency and integrity do the heavy lifting that top-down oversight usually can’t.

Outside the office, Danny is happiest spending time with his family and in the outdoors; backcountry skiing, mountain biking, or surfing.
