Business Intelligence Manager, Critical Facilities
Jerome holds two critical roles at Stream — as manager of the organization’s computerized maintenance management system and as critical facilities manager at the company’s Houston data center site. He is responsible for the remote support of Stream’s operations, security and property management teams — maintaining and fine-tuning the CMMS software application designed to drive consistency and analytical reporting among these teams. His leadership and passion in this arena are instrumental in taking Stream’s CMMS to the next level, while his proven expertise in keeping essential operations up and running in the Houston facility.
Jerome has worked in the data center industry since 2012 and joined the Stream team in 2016. Prior to that, he worked in the electrical field for more than a decade.
