Developing the right tool to meet the customer’s needs — and doing it right the first time — is an approach Joe has honed over a 25-year career guiding large-scale IT transformations to fuel rapid global growth. During his time as a software developer, he sharpened his ability to build efficient systems, and as a sales engineer, he became an expert at understanding customers’ existing and anticipated needs, creating solutions that can evolve alongside dynamic requirements.
