Lee Hall

With more than a decade of experience at the forefront of hyperscale design, Lee brings deep customer-centric expertise to Stream’s architectural design and infrastructure development discipline.

He spent his foundational years shaping the rapid expansion of data centers for industry giants AWS (where he was a founding member of the Architectural Civil Structural team and helped formalize the standard Basis of Design for the company’s vast fleet of data centers). From there, his years at Meta saw him hone his skills in delivering scalable, reliable, and innovative data center environments during the company’s high-growth years.

These insights, driven by some of the largest technology companies and data center consumers on the planet, now help inform Stream’s DACS (Design and Construction Standards) program, driving the company’s evolution from 40/50 MW per year to an ambitious 200+ MW per year. Lee is the glue that binds the needs and aspirations of Stream’s internal teams with the vision of its clients, charting a path toward highly customized solutions — all within the robust, reliable, repeatable and flexible framework of Stream’s procurement chain.

Lee’s passion for design excellence and innovation (rivalled only by his passion for the Washington State Cougars, perhaps) ensures that Stream not only meets but anticipates the ever-growing demands of hyperscale-caliber data center development.
