Murray Woolcock

Murray brings a builder’s mindset to Stream’s balance sheet and a global operator’s perspective to scaling a platform at a hyperscale pace.

A civil engineer by training, Murray’s career has spanned development, construction, and funds management as he followed his professional path (and, occasionally, new time zones) into strategy and investment leadership roles across Australia, Singapore, Canada, Brazil and beyond.

Over the past decade, Murray has helped build infrastructure development and investment platforms across telecom, energy and public-private partnerships and partnered with Apollo as an Operating Executive on digital infrastructure transactions. At Stream, Murray leads capital strategy, financial operations, reporting, procurement and investment underwriting with a focus on scaling to meet accelerating demand.

Originally joining Stream as Interim CFO in October 2025, Murray took a good look at the company’s talented people, world-class sponsorship with Apollo (he swears no bias) and continued structural demand and realized he needed to be a fully integrated part of this business.

When he’s not thinking about capital stacks and customer commitments, you’ll find him planning his next trip with his family, debating Premier League tactics as a loyal Chelsea supporter or skiing whenever possible.
