As Chief Human Resources Officer, Nikki leads Stream’s people strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee experience. She partners closely with the executive team to ensure the company’s operating model, organizational structure, leadership capabilities and talent strategy continue to scale alongside the business.

With more than two decades of executive leadership experience across human resources, organizational strategy and effectiveness, communications and customer and employee experience, Nikki has built a reputation for turning strategy into execution. Known as both a builder and optimizer, she combines a systems-based, analytical approach with a practical understanding of leadership, culture, and organizational change.
