Vice President, Development

As Vice President of Development, Oisin leverages his extensive data center experience and skills across commercial, contractual, and technical functions to lead all aspects of site due diligence and development for Stream Data Centers. Utilizing modern tools and technology, coupled with thorough subject matter expertise across a rich career in the mission-critical space, Oisin enables the company to streamline its site acquisition and development processes. In turn, this ensures Stream’s customers can enjoy seamless growth opportunities alongside exceptional service and reliable site delivery.

Oisin brings a myriad of development experience to the Stream team, having worked in the oil and gas, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and mission-critical industries for more than a decade. Prior to joining Stream Data Centers, Oisin served as the Global Programmatic Lead for Google’s Energy and Location Strategy team where he led the development of scalable platforms, programs, and tools to support all of Google’s data center land acquisition and utility development projects. Oisin is both a Chartered Engineer and a Licensed Professional Engineer and holds an honors degree in engineering from University College Dublin.
