Stacy Medeiros and Stream have a lot more in common than just ‘S’ names. With parallel roots in both real estate and data centers and matching dedication to collaborative (not prescriptive) approaches, Stacy and Stream are a match made in heaven.

With more than 14 years of industry experience under her belt at IO Data Centers and Iron Mountain Data Centers, Stacy has leased over 200MW and $3+ billion across modified gross, build-to-suit and multi-building leases.

A true ‘roll up the sleeves’ type, Stacy’s natural curiosity and creativity make her an ideal bridge between customer requirements and Stream solutions, finding the right way to approach and deliver on even the most discerning, aggressive hyperscale growth demands. Ever the teammate, her partnership and close communication-based approach help cement vital trust between commercial teams and hyperscale stakeholders.

This dedication to progress extends far beyond the data center industry too, as Stacy serves as a Board Member for PANDA (People Acting Now Discover Answers), an entirely volunteer-based organization funding pediatric medical research for the Steele Children’s Research Center. Still, out of all Stacy’s titles, her favorite is still Mom — to her five children, that is. When she’s not working or volunteering, she’s adept at shuttling kids to school or sports and managing zone defense on the homefront.
